If you are shipping a 50£ or more item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we Maybe cannot offer you a refund or exchange, but please contact us as at Zakariyanur we are understanding and love to help where we can. maybe it could be reasons that are confidential, we are happy to help you with any issue and hopefully issue you that refund or exchange.
