Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we Maybe cannot offer you a refund or exchange, but please contact us as at ZakariyaNur we are understanding and love to help where we can. maybe it could be reasons that are confidential, we are happy to help you with any issue and hopefully issue you that refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging

Do you accept returns?

 We do accept returns if item is not used and packaging still in the condition received to you.

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request
