To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received it and inform you of our decision to approve or reject your claim.
If your request is approved, then your refund will be processed, and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Late or missing refunds (when appropriate)
As a general troubleshooting process please follow the steps If you have not yet received your refund: 1) Check your bank account again; 2) Contact your credit card issuer, as there may be a delay before your refund is officially posted; 3) Contact your bank. There is often a necessary processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (where appropriate)
All items can be refunded. discounted items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (where appropriate)
We replace any item you would like, If in this case you wish to exchange it send us an e-mail to - enquireandsupport@zakariyanur.com
We offer a 30 days Replacement period from receiving the parcel.
To return a product, you must send it by post to the following address:

We will not be covering your shipping costs to return your item, If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will not be Refunded.
If a temporary “free return” offer is announced on our homepage, the return will be covered from ZakariyaNur
Depending on where you live, the time required to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping a 50£ or more item, you should consider using a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment or purchase delivery insurance since we cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.

How much is Shipping ?
We do accept returns if item is not used and packaging still in the condition received to you.
- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item shouldn't have been used in any way
- The return is made within 30 days of the return or exchange request
