2. Information About Us
Our Site is owned and operated by ZakariyaNur. We are based in London, England, and are dedicated to crafting and providing high-quality luxury fragrances for our global clientele.

3. What Does This Policy Cover?
This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Site. Our platform may contain links to external websites. Please note that we have no control over how your data is collected, stored, or used by other websites, and we strongly advise you to check the privacy policies of any third-party websites before providing any personal data to them.

4. What Is Personal Data?
Personal data is defined by the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) (the “GDPR”) and the Data Protection Act 2018 (collectively, “the Data Protection Legislation”) as ‘any information relating to an identifiable person who can be directly or indirectly identified in particular by reference to an identifier’.
In simpler terms, it is any information about you that enables you to be identified. This covers obvious information such as your name and contact details, alongside less obvious identifiers such as IP addresses, electronic location data, and other online markers.

5. What Are My Rights?
Under the Data Protection Legislation, you possess the following rights, which we will always work to uphold:
  • The right to be informed about our collection and use of your personal data. This Privacy Policy should tell you everything you need to know, but you can always contact us to find out more or to ask any questions.
  • The right to access the personal data we hold about you.
  • The right to rectification if any of your personal data held by us is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • The right to be forgotten (the right to ask us to delete or dispose of any personal data we hold).
  • The right to restrict or prevent the processing of your personal data.
  • The right to object to us using your personal data for a particular purpose or purposes.
  • The right to withdraw consent at any time if we are relying on your consent as the legal basis for processing.
  • The right to data portability to request a copy of your personal data to re-use with another service or business.
  • Rights relating to automated decision-making and profiling. Please note that we do not use your personal data in this way.
It is important that your personal data is kept accurate and up-to-date. If any of the personal data we hold about you changes, please keep our team informed as long as we have that data.
Further information about your rights can also be obtained from the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) or your local Citizens Advice Bureau. When you visit the Site, we automatically collect details about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. As you browse, we also collect data regarding the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the platform.

Identity & Contact Information
This includes your first name, last name, username, billing address, invoicing address, email address, and telephone numbers. This is collected when you place an order through our checkout forms, email us, phone us, or engage via live chat.

Technical & Log Information
This includes your internet protocol (IP) address, login data, browser type and version, time zone setting, location, browser plug-in types, operating system, and system platform details. Log files track actions occurring on the Site to analyze usage patterns.
